We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Now CMDB Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position for candidates who are passionate about IT operations and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Now, CMDB architecture, and ITOM practices.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain the Service Now CMDB and related ITOM modules.
- Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes.
- Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy of configuration items.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CMDB processes and architecture.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Service Now platform, especially CMDB and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks.
- Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMDB Fundamentals).
- Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX five days a week.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only).
- Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
