DTF Operator

Overview

AO Swag is the leading supplier of online store solutions for corporations, college, and the Greek market. By utilizing the on-demand production method, we continuously push the status quo on the custom apparel and promotional item industry. We are seeking an Operator for our DTF (Direct to Film) Process to help our business meet continuous client needs.

Location:

Coppell, Texas

• 1st shift – 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Operator is responsible for:
• Loading production sheets into the appropriate machine
• Working with management to assist in performance management as needed
• Assisting Heat Press (decal) department as needed
• Providing support to Direct to Film team
• Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience with M&R Quatro machines
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
• Ability to pass a background test
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic reading and verbal communication skills

$18-20 an hour
