The Omnichannel Marketing Associate Manager supports the Sr Manager of Omnichannel in the development and execution of integrated online‑shopper and e‑commerce programs for all Barcel brands. This role will work with internal and external partners to execute plans that are aligned with brand and customer strategies and track performance. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in digital and retail marketing, working collaboratively to drive brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing plans, including e‑commerce marketing programs (digital couponing, partnerships, paid search and digital display).
  • Assist in the setup and optimization of paid search campaigns on retail media platforms across our retail customers.
  • Support creative development by coordinating assets and content for agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Support national strategic cross‑promotional partnerships with onsite display and content.
  • Work closely with Brand teams and Retail Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand and customer objectives.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze program performance metrics like ROI and effectively communicate key findings to sales and other cross‑functional teams, proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business.
  • Maintain brand and retailer omnichannel marketing calendars.
  • Manage commerce media budgets across customers, working cross‑functionally with marketing and sales to make adjustments needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay current on shopper marketing and e‑commerce marketing trends and best practices.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to build expertise in Omnichannel Marketing.

Education and Work History
  • Undergraduate degree;
    Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Working in a CPG company or an agency in the analytics team.
  • Knowledge of regression analysis, data visualization, Adobe Analytics, Power

    BI, marketing mix modeling.
