Job SummaryThis is a Full Time Day Shift position, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, with some weekend shifts as needed. As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will provide leadership for social work and case management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered.
Responsibilities- The main resource for Case Managers.
- Supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care and adherence to TJC and CMS regulations.
- Serve as a Case Manager on the floor with an assignment, complete some admin work, and assist with complex cases as needed.
- (RN) Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the State of TX.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Supervisory Experience preferred.
