Job Title:
Quality Team Lead
Location:
Coppell, TX, 75019 Our Quality Team is currently seeking a Team Success Partner with 1-2 years of experience in quality, team supervision, and experience in quality metrics. This is a fully on-site position working core hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with flexibility in schedule. Must be a US Citizen due to Federal Contract requirements.
- Monitor productivity of personnel
- Monitor work schedules of assigned teams, ensuring accurate time reporting and address inefficiencies or misuse of time.
- Report workplace issues as needed to the Manager.
- Train and cross-train personnel to provide areas of growth and advancement.
- Attend periodic meetings with Managers as needed.
- Motivate and instruct Teams daily.
- Complete quality metrics/KPI reports including any additional reporting metrics as required.
- Address misconduct and ensure Company policies and procedures are followed.
- Coach and counsel for improvements.
- Engage Manager and Human Resources as necessary.
- Conduct personnel performance reviews as necessary.
- Demonstrate professionalism in conduct and presentation.
- Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using work-appropriate enterprise systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, work instructions, and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft 365 software and various other office equipment
- Ability to write and complete routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to effectively use problem-solving skills in standardized situations
