Intermediate Account Manager – College Sales
AO Swag is a leading supplier of online store solutions for corporations, colleges, and the Greek market. By utilizing an on‑demand production method, we continuously push the status quo in the custom apparel and promotional item industry.
We are looking for a results‑driven College Account Manager to join AO Swag. This role offers a base salary plus commission opportunities tied to account growth and performance.
Responsibilities- Conduct meetings with college contacts to review new programs, account KPIs, operational improvements, best practices, and policy changes.
- Manage the product assortment and contribute to the company’s business cycle with each account. Provide researched information and communicate it to clients and assist with merchandise acquisition when needed.
- Develop short‑ and long‑term strategies to grow revenue and profitability of accounts, and provide input on budget estimates.
- Conduct ongoing review and analysis of sales and profit for a portfolio of accounts to achieve financial goals. Develop and implement services, programs, and products for accounts based on analysis and communicate recommendations.
- Manage custom orders, obtain quotes, and place custom orders.
- Ensure the successful launch of each online store website, including content, promotions, marketing, and website accuracy.
- Manage merchandise operations, including the rollout and execution of the General Merchandise program. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotions, special events, and advertising for accounts.
- Build knowledge in services, programs, technology, finance, and marketing to grow skills while contributing to company goals.
