• Build and maintain strong relationships with college contact points to drive new programs and services.
• Analyze sales and margin data to develop short‑ and long‑term growth strategies for each account.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandise, and Product teams to launch and promote custom order programs.
• Serve as the central point of contact for day‑to‑day client communications, issue resolution, and policy updates.
• Manage online store launches, including content, promotions, and website accuracy.

• Strong customer service and outreach skills

• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate)
• Time‑management and analytical mindset

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years
• Customer service: 2 years (required)
