Our company is seeking Part-Time Call Center Representatives - PART TIME - ENTRY LEVEL
Shift is:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pay: 14.00 + Bonus!
- Make outbound calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns.
- Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database.
- Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.
- Responsible for generating 6 LEADS a day / 30 a week
- Make a MIN of 350+ calls a day
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy & Phone skills
- Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )
Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply. This is not a sales position, but this IS A SALES ENVIRONMENT. We do not offer remote/ hybrid positions. In-Office only.
