Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our daycare and wellness membership program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dogs, and is eager to combine sales, service, and community outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Enrollment Growth:
Convert inbound leads to daycare enrollments through phone outreach, in-person tours, and strong follow-up. - Cold Call & Connect:
Execute outbound call campaigns to re-engage leads, follow up with prospects, and introduce Dogtopia to new pet parents. - Community Engagement:
Represent Dogtopia at local events, networking functions, and guerrilla marketing activities to build brand awareness and generate leads. - Deliver the
Experience:
Conduct engaging on-site tours (the “11-stop tour”) during meet & greets and communicate the value of our daycare, boarding, and spa services. - Collaborate with the Team:
Partner with managers and team members to create a high-conversion environment and ensure new customers are onboarded with excitement and confidence. - Track & Report:
Monitor sales metrics, provide updates, and contribute to improvement strategies.
- Prior experience in sales — ideally in membership-based industries like gyms, fitness studios, or subscription services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Experience with community events, partnerships, or grassroots marketing is a plus.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation — you know how to stay organized and get results.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Must love dogs
- Sales and Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
