• Lead daily standup meetings to review progress and address roadblocks
• Collaborate with team members to complete weekly development stories using various technologies (Visual Studio, JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS, .NET, C#)
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their coding skills and professional growth
• Participate in the on-call rotation to address production issues as needed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and feedback sessions

• Proven experience in a formal Lead Software Engineer role or equivalent experience leading software development teams
• Full-cycle software engineering experience, from product conception to production
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and system design
• Experience with full-stack front-end and back-end development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in daily standup meetings

• Experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile concepts
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members of varying performance levels
