We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Node.js, Python, AWS, API security, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will lead software development initiatives, design scalable and secure applications, mentor engineering teams, and drive best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software applications.
Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Node.js, and Python.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including complex SQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and ensure system reliability.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and secure development processes.
