They’re looking for someone who actively uses AI in their development process, not just exposure, but real application , and is comfortable working through edge cases, ambiguous behavior, and production constraints.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong full-stack experience across frontend and backend
- Hands-on experience using or integrating LLM tools (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)
- Comfortable solving edge cases and working in real-world, production environments
- Background in start up or high-growth environments preferred
