We are seeking enthusiastic trainers with outgoing and energetic personalities to carry out our mission of helping members become stronger in just 30 minutes, both physically and mentally.

Round, are on a mission to make members stronger in 30 minutes, physically and mentally. From the owners to the trainers on the floor, we’re all about creating lasting results.

The duties of a Fitness Trainer are to "Train, Sell and Clean". Full training is provided; no kickboxing experience is required. Experience in sales or customer service is helpful.

• Training: Provide high‑energy, personalized workouts, explain and demonstrate exercises, and motivate members to reach their goals.
• Selling: Convert the first free workout into a paid membership for 9

• Cleaning: Maintain a clean gym environment at all times by following the scheduled cleaning program.

• Proficient at sales
