Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processes.
- Facilitate customs clearance for imported goods through effective customs brokerage.
- Monitor and track the delivery status of shipments, updating all relevant parties.
- Accurately enter and manage servicing information in the company's internal systems.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven capability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
