Shipping & Receiving Lead

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations and help ensure inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities are completed accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Lead will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams while helping maintain an organized, productive, and safety‑focused work environment.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule; occasional weekend availability may be required.

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities and workflow.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and properly process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipping.
• Verify orders and shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Help organize warehouse space and maintain proper product placement.
• Assist with resolving inventory, shipping, receiving, and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to support timely and accurate deliveries.
• Help ensure daily priorities and production/shipping requirements are completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Communicate issues, delays, inventory concerns, or other operational problems to management promptly.

• 2-4 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Previous lead or warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and assist in keeping warehouse operations on schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform other physical warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Must be able to safely operate required warehouse equipment.

• This position pays $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with the potential for overtime.
