• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
• 3-6 months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
• 3-6 months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred
• Strong desire and ability to build long‑term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co‑workers and work effectively in a team environment

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers
• Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products
• Conduct business development visits to promote the bank’s services and products
• Assist customers with banking/financial needs
• Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions
• Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
• Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
• Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
• Balance the ATM and coin machine
• Assist customers through the commercial teller window
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
• Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time
• Operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
