Advent Health Rural Family Medicine Clinic in Copperas Cove is seeking a dedicated family medicine physician to join their established faith-based practice. This outpatient role offers a balanced lifestyle with a Monday-Friday schedule, no inpatient duties, and no hospital call. Providers will see 20-25 patients per day and perform routine office procedures in a supportive environment. New graduates are welcome to apply to this exciting opportunity in central Texas.
Practice Info
- Advent Health Rural Family Medicine Clinic in Copperas Cove
- Established clinic with a rural designation
- Faith-based system
- Onsite billing, referrals, lab, and X-ray
- Located in central Texas, about an hour north of Austin with a lower cost of living
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients and the community
- Care for 20-25 patients per day
- Perform routine office procedures
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Generous base salary + quarterly bonus structure
- No State Tax in Texas

Shift & Schedule
- Q3/Q4 2026 start date
- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified
- Eligible for or current Texas medical license
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- New grads welcome to apply
