Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

  • Our Elevated Earnings Program allows clinicians to earn bonuses starting at treating nine patients per day, increasing exponentially with every patient they treat.

  • Receive 4 hours per week of 1-1 residency-specific mentorship for the program's 11-month duration.
  • Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, ortho, pelvic health, sports & performance.

Your Responsibilities as an Orthopedic Resident, Physical Therapist

  • Participate weekly in 3 hours of discussion-based lecture and 2 hours of hands-on lab.
  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
  • State Licensure.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
