This Senior Accountant role centers on delivering precise monthly and annual financial statements while managing a bi-weekly payroll for over 300 employees. You will be responsible for training program managers, implementing process enhancements, and providing insights to improve financial reporting efficiency. Additionally, your duties will involve supporting annual audits and mentoring junior accounting personnel for their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Controller for financial reporting

• Manage bi-weekly payroll for over 300 staff

• Train managers on financial documentation

• Identify automation opportunities for workflows

• Prepare documentation for annual audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• CPA or equivalent educational background

• Strong payroll understanding for over 300 employees

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with automation in accounting preferred
