Position: Moment Energy Accounts Payable Role
Become an essential part of Moment Energy's finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This pivotal role involves processing invoices and managing vendor relations to support our financial operations.

In the Accounts Payable position at Moment Energy, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of accounts payable, including invoice coding and structured vendor communication. The role demands exceptional accuracy and the ability to work closely with different departments while maintaining organized financial records. A strong command of accounting software and attention to detail are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a large volume of invoices and expense reports

• Conduct weekly payment runs and account reconciliations

• Verify invoices against purchase orders for accuracy

• Organize and maintain vendor contract files

• Support month-end closing and audits as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or accounting role

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area

• Familiarity with Xero, Quick Books, or similar software

• Strong communication skills for vendor management

• Tech-savvy and good at multitasking
