Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and vendor payments

• Review and process employee expense reports strictly

• Complete month-end close procedures accurately

• Ensure credit card transactions are coded correctly

• Identify issues in financial data for prompt resolution

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant experience

• 5+ years experience in transactional accounting

• Proficient in ERP systems like Net Suite

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

• CPA pursuit is deemed a strong asset
