Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will be integral to the finance team. You'll need at least 3-5 years of accounts payable experience and intermediate Excel skills. Key tasks include processing payments and reconciling vendor accounts, ensuring smooth operations across Kirmac's multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor payments accurately
• Reconcile high-volume vendor statements
• Handle AP follow-ups with vendors
• Maintain accuracy of payment terms
• Correspond with location management regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in accounts payable
• Strong month-end processing experience
• Excellent analytical and computer skills
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles
• Proactive and responsible work ethic
