Key responsibilities include handling Canadian tax files, supervising payroll, and leading HR initiatives, along with providing hands-on operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial operations for the parent and subsidiary companies

• Oversee Canadian tax matters including income tax and SR&ED

• Manage payroll and employee recruitment processes

• Supervise inventory, production operations, and facilities management

• Assist in customer-facing sales and support activities

Requirements:

• CPA designation and strong managerial accounting experience

• Proven history of hands-on Controller-level tasks

• Skilled in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting

• Independent worker with a proactive approach
