As a Credit Operations Assistant for a 6-month contract, you will report to the Credit & Accounts Receivable team. This position supports a variety of tasks, including customer outreach, invoice management, and data entry. You will also assist in departmental projects aimed at enhancing processes and contributing to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain customer account records
• Conduct outreach via phone and email for account support
• Assist with invoice copy requests and documentation
• Perform data entry and record updates
• Support process improvement initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
