Detailer​/Production Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coquitlam, BC. The Detailer / Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations within the shop, including detailing vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and assisting technicians where required. Tasks include washing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles, preparing vehicles for painting or repairs, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and assisting in general maintenance duties as needed.

• Knowledge and skills in vehicle detailing techniques, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and general car care
• Ability to support production processes and assist technicians with vehicle preparation tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality control standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in an automotive or collision repair setting is an asset
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
