Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers at the dealership
• Schedule routine maintenance and address customer inquiries
• Recommend repairs based on vehicle assessments
• Explain repair estimates and service details clearly
• Foster customer loyalty by delivering excellent service
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is minimum educational requirement
• Automotive mechanical knowledge is an asset
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
