Join Penfolds Roofing & Solar, a leader in roofing and solar installations, as we expand our Production Division to meet increasing demand. We’re seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities- Visit job sites and ensure that the work meets the quality standards established by the company.
- Perform pre-inspections as determined by the Project Coordinator.
- Plan site logistics, including bin placement and material deliveries.
- Assist Crew Leaders in planning to improve job efficiency and safety.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate material deliveries.
- Document key items with photos and upload them to the system.
- Perform regular inspections during the job process and document findings.
- Conduct final inspections, review the installation with the customer, and manage add-on sales.
- Communicate add-on sales to the Project Coordinator and coordinate execution with the team.
- Ensure all job documentation is completed promptly.
- Comply with safety regulations and report hazardous conditions.
- Many years of overseeing a crew or roofing projects.
- Valid Class 5 license.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with roofing systems including sloped and flat roofs.
- Fall Protection Certification is considered an asset.
- Red Seal in Roofing is considered an asset.
- Valid First aid certification is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology to report on project progression.

- Competitive Pay: $42–CAD 50/hour, based on experience.
