Breakdown Roller Operator

Position: Full-Time Breakdown Roller Operator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate multiple passes with the roller for compaction

• Conduct pre-operation equipment checks for safety

• Adjust roller settings for optimal compaction

• Collaborate closely with paving crews on job sites

• Maintain accurate logs for production and maintenance

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent education

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed

• Experience with rolling equipment in paving work

• Excellent communication skills

• Capacity to work flexible hours including nights
