Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close job sites on schedule
• Conduct manual labor such as cleanup and material handling
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the site
• Undertake general construction maintenance tasks
• Execute additional duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• Physically able to perform manual tasks
• Punctual with a reliable attitude
• Required hardhat, steel-toed boots, and high-visibility clothing
• Strong communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate within a team framework
