This position demands a proactive approach as you aid Project Managers, coordinating documentation, financial entries, and overall project logistics. You'll play a key role in the financial management processes within Procore, while also contributing to project schedules and communications. Key Responsibilities:
• Review project documents and architectural specifications
• Maintain accurate project logs and records
• Enter detailed financial information in Procore
• Coordinate change orders and subcontractor agreements
• Facilitate communication across various project teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction projects
• Proficient in Procore’s financial and document modules
• Experienced in managing RFIs and pay applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools including Share Point
Utilize your expertise in project coordination and financial management to deliver meticulous results in a thriving construction environment.
