This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in asphalt work and the ability to operate raking equipment effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining proper grades and slopes, performing routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring project timelines are met in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rake asphalt to high quality standards
• Conduct daily pre-trip equipment inspections
• Operate raking equipment for leveling materials
• Maintain proper grades throughout the project
• Adhere to all company safety procedures
Requirements:
• 3 years of asphalt experience required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License necessary
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours
