The City of Coquitlam seeks a motivated Project Delivery Lead 1 to support parks and civic facility construction projects. Ideal for individuals early in their careers, this position offers hands-on experience with project coordination, technical documentation, and field inspections. You'll be pivotal in ensuring quality control and compliance, playing an integral role in shaping community infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction projects from planning to completion

• Communicate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports

• Review plans and documentation for compliance

• Conduct site visits for monitoring and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant technology or management disciplines

• Experience in coordinating infrastructure or civic projects

• Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid Driver's License for British Columbia
