We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Skid Steer Operator to take on essential tasks in civil construction. With at least 2 years of skid steer experience, you’ll be challenged to operate machinery safely, maintain equipment, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer for asphalt and concrete work

• Fine-grade earth and prep surfaces with precision

• Utilize attachments like grinders and sweepers effectively

• Maintain your equipment by ensuring cleanliness and safety

• Conduct daily pre-trip safety inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience operating skid steers

• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license

• Reliable transportation to job sites required

• Capable of performing physical tasks

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
