In this key role, you will prepare comprehensive estimates that guide the pre-construction process. Working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, your assessments of project scope and costs will be essential to making informed pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend on-site meetings for precise job measurement
• Collaborate with subcontractors to gather pricing information
• Identify risks and opportunities for project improvements
• Foster relationships with clients and consultants for successful projects
• Participate in industry-related educational courses
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in ICI roofing estimating
• In-depth knowledge of flat roofing and cladding systems
• High level of self-motivation and initiative
• Valid driver’s license required for job functions
