We are actively hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSOs) for our sites in Vancouver and Coquitlam.

• Monitor and enhance safety by tracking issues, maintaining records of incidents, and suggesting improvements.
• Document and track issues and potential risks in our safety management software (Hammertech).
• Conduct orientations, training, and safety coordination for workers and subcontractors.
• Perform safety inspections, hazard assessments, and provide guidance on tool and equipment usage.
• Lead emergency response, manage First Aid resources, investigate incidents, and collaborate on safety record management.

• Five or more years of related safety experience in a construction setting.
• Advanced First Aid (OFA Level
  3) certification.
• Experience in residential construction within a general contractor environment.
• CSO designation or National Construction Safety Officer or similar accreditation from a recognized training authority.
• Additional safety training (e.g., WHMIS, CSTS, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform) is an asset.

The hourly wage range for this role is $35‑$40 per hour, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program.
