You will manage the current phase while setting up the groundwork for future developments. This opportunity offers the possibility of working on-site for up to 6 years, should phase 2 be approved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily team tasks and weekly trade meetings

• Provide consistent reports to the Senior Superintendent

• Support the site staff and lead scheduling efforts

• Familiarize with blueprints and oversee project scopes

• Maintain relationships with trades for effective construction

Requirements:

• Proven experience with 1 or 2 full-cycle concrete towers

• Ability to lead with minimal supervision in subsequent phases

• Excellent communication and stress management skills

• Familiarity with construction software tools

• Strong references and knowledge of BC project requirements
