CEWE, a leading general contractor in British Columbia, seeks an Asphalt Raker Person with a minimum of 3 years of asphalt experience. You will work collaboratively with our civil construction team, focusing on raking asphalt to perfection while adhering to project specifications.
Your role ensures safety standards are met on our dynamic construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rake asphalt to achieve high-quality finishes
• Document daily pre-trip inspections of equipment
• Operate machinery for leveling paving materials
• Maintain accurate grades and slopes
• Collaborate with the crew to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• 3+ years of asphalt-related experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Proven ability to operate raking equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to work in all weather conditions
