Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator Role
Join Coquitlam Ridge Constructors as a Project Coordinator and contribute to successful construction projects. Lead quality management and ensure a safe job site for all staff.

In this essential role, you will support the project team by assisting in daily operational tasks and quality assurance to meet project timelines and standards. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities will greatly support the team’s success in road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule project activities weekly and implement Quality Management System

• Ensure safe working conditions and conduct safety audits

• Assist superintendents with job scheduling and field operations

• Document meeting minutes and maintain accurate checklists

• Track Materials using appropriate quantity tracking sheets

Requirements:

• Understanding of roadway construction specifications

• Diploma in Construction Management or related field

• Gold Seal Certification highly desirable

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Background in QA, QC training necessary
