This full-time position requires coordination of daily construction operations, supporting the Civil Foreperson. You will oversee hands-on activities including site preparation and asphalt work while promoting a culture of safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Civil Foreperson with crew coordination

• Perform grading, excavation, and concrete tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three years of experience in civil construction
