You will directly assist the Civil Foreperson in coordinating daily activities, operating equipment, and guiding crew members. Your skills in civil construction will be crucial for managing tasks related to grading, site preparation, and concrete work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily crew operations with the Civil Foreperson

• Perform hands-on construction activities, including concrete and asphalt work

• Safely operate excavation and grading equipment on site

• Provide guidance and support to crew members

• Ensure work adheres to specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in civil construction

• Knowledge of grading processes and equipment operations

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
