This role emphasizes proactive risk assessment and effective safety training for workers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track safety issues and incidents

• Conduct safety orientations and training for teams

• Perform regular safety inspections and hazard assessments

• Document potential risks using Hammertech software

• Lead emergency response and manage First Aid resources

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a construction safety role

• Advanced First Aid (OFA Level
3) certification

• Experience with residential construction projects

• CSO designation or equivalent safety accreditation

• Additional safety training is an asset
