This full-time position focuses on hands-on project execution while supporting the Civil Foreperson. You will assist in coordinating crews and operating essential machinery, ensuring precise compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily crew operations under the Civil Foreperson

• Conduct civil construction activities such as grading and asphalt work

• Safely operate construction tools and equipment

• Provide crucial support and mentorship to crews

• Maintain quality assurance across all work processes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three years in civil construction roles

• Knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Willingness to work outdoors in varied conditions
