In collaboration with the Civil Foreperson, you'll coordinate daily operations and ensure all activities meet the highest safety and quality standards. Your ability to manage crew dynamics and provide hands-on guidance is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily construction activities and support the crew

• Execute hands-on tasks including asphalt, grading, and site work

• Safely operate required equipment and tools on projects

• Offer guidance and mentorship to construction crew members

• Ensure project outcomes align with specifications and safety standards

Requirements:

• Three years of relevant construction experience required

• Knowledge of construction safety practices and equipment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to understand and implement project requirements

• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
