The ideal candidate will work closely with others to meet project timelines while adhering to comprehensive safety and quality standards during asphalt raking and paving. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve high standards while raking asphalt
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for all equipment
• Operate raking tools for efficient asphalt placement
• Maintain accurate paving grades and slopes
• Work in concert with the crew to meet deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of asphalt work experience
• Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Knowledge of asphalt paving and raking beneficial
• Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
• Must be capable of working in varying weather conditions
