This position is pivotal in meeting customer needs and enhancing the buying experience. You will handle order processing, support online sales, and provide accurate information about products and promotions. Working with external communication channels, you will ensure prompt responses and cross-departmental support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed client service expectations
• Enter orders and check item accuracies
• Support online ordering processes for customers
• Process sales orders, including invoicing
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and handle inquiries
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of customer service experience needed
• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Strong organizational and crisis management skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office and related applications
