As a key member of the Customer Service team at GFL Environmental, you will manage incoming calls, assist with service inquiries, and collaborate with outside sales representatives.
Your role is to ensure customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and professional manner while helping to sustain cleaner communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and emails professionally
• Offer solutions-oriented responses to inquiries
• Follow up on service issues and customer requests
• Process billing-related queries and payments
• Promote a collaborative environment among teams
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer service role is desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
• Knowledge of credit checks and billing processes
• Enthusiastic representation of GFL's service mission
