This two-year contract role involves delivering superior customer service, managing contract registrations, and maintaining equipment data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and calls
• Track and follow up on customer service issues
• Register and maintain CVA contracts in our systems
• Update customer equipment data consistently
• Prepare CVA invoices for timely submission
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education plus 2-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• French and English fluency is essential
• Familiarity with CAT systems is advantageous
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
