Position: Donor Care Coordinator - Bilingual Required

Reporting to the Donor Care Manager, this role focuses on overseeing donor relations, ensuring gift processing accuracy, and facilitating communications for French-speaking donors. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills alongside experience in customer or donor care in the non-profit realm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bilingual donor communication and queries

• Ensure compliance in tax receipting and donor acknowledgments

• Support gift processing for various fundraising initiatives

• Provide translations of donor communications into French

• Maintain accurate records in the donor database

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken

• 1-3 years of relevant customer or donor care experience

• Proficiency with CRM and fundraising software

• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills

• Ability to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
