Become a vital part of Alterna as a part-time Member Service Representative, where you deliver exceptional member service and process financial transactions efficiently on-site.
This position revolves around engaging with members, increasing their satisfaction through knowledge of Alterna's products. You will handle various transactions, assist with account openings, and address inquiries—all while maintaining compliance with operational standards.
Your role is essential in fostering a welcoming branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly and efficient transactional service
• Effectively resolve client issues at first point of contact
• Strive for a positive client experience in every interaction
• Contribute knowledge of Alterna services and sales
• Participate actively in sales disciplines and training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred
• Previous sales role and cash handling experience is beneficial
• Teller experience preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility in hours based on branch needs
