In this proactive role, you will own the client relationship ensuring they gain maximum value from services offered by Vistera Technologies and Spraggs. Your expertise in managing client success will enable you to onboard new users while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will also handle escalations and maintain healthy engagement with clients to secure long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the onboarding process for new clients
• Maintain regular, meaningful contact with clients
• Monitor key client health metrics and usage
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Capture client feedback to influence service delivery
Requirements:
• At least three years of client success experience
• Expertise in managing client portfolios
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho
• Familiarity with challenges faced by SMB clients
• Capacity to manage multiple accounts effectively
